Allow me to share information on how to add a different address to invoices in QuickBooks Online.
If you’re using a QuickBooks Online Plus subscription, you can create a sub-customer with a different company or billing address. Before doing so, make sure the parent customer is already set up.
Then, to make a sub-customer here's what to do:
Select Sales on the left menu and go to the Customers tab.
Click the New customer button.
Enter the needed information in the Customer information window.
Mark the Is sub-customer box and enter the parent customer.
Click Save.
