You need to enter the customer's name or generic name when creating invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Fiza.
Here's how:
Log in to your QBO account.
Go to the + New.
Click Invoices.
Enter the customer's name or a generic name.
Fill in the necessary information.
Once completed, click Send and Save.
However, if your customer immediately pays for products or services at the time of sale, you can create Sales receipts without entering any customer details.
