Yes, you can upload receipts using your mobile phone. All you have to do is use the QuickBooks Online mobile app, as it allows you to capture and upload receipt images directly, making it easy to track and organize your expenses on the go.

To get started, follow the steps in this article to download the app on your device: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

Once downloaded, install the app and sign in to your QuickBooks account. Then, follow the instructions below to attach pictures of your receipts in QuickBooks.

For iOS:
 

1. Tap the Menu icon, and select Receipt snap.
   
2. In the For Review section, tap the camera icon at the bottom of the screen.
   
3. Take a photo of your receipt, then save it.

For Android:
 

1. Tap the Menu icon, and select Receipt snap.
   
2. In the For Review section, tap the camera icon at the bottom of the screen.
   
3. Take a photo of your receipt, then save it.

You can also attach images to expenses directly in a web browser.
 

1. Go to qbo.intuit.com using a supported browser.
2. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
3. Hover over the Create icon (the plus sign inside a circle).
   
4. Under the Vendors column, select Expense.
5. Click Add attachment to attach pictures to the expense.
