Can you automatically send invoices through Outlook like you could on Quickbooks desktop?

Invoices are sent using the default QuickBooks email domain, accounts629.

I can see how important it would be for you to have the ability to send invoices using your Outlook domain directly from QuickBooks Online (QBO). At the moment, QBO uses predefined email settings to send invoices.

With that said, I recommend sending feedback to our Product Developer team. This will help us understand what features are most important to our customers. Here's how you can do that:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your suggestions.
4. Click Next.

Meanwhile, you can connect your Gmail account to send invoices, if you have one.
