Welcome to the Community space, Dyoung. I'll be guiding you in acquiring the list of items for your projects.

Please know that you can see the lists of your projects/jobs in the Projects section. However, you can only see the Project Name, Customer, Income Vs. Cost, Profit Margin, Time duration, Start, and End Date. 

If you want to add the  Job Information, Quote Number, Customer Contact, Purchase number, and Description of the Job, click each project to acquire this info and take note of it.

After that, export the lists of your projects by clicking the Export to Excel icon on the upper right corner of the project lists. Then, edit the Excel file and add the info you want.
