Customize invoice , by active option select for specfic items from estimate not export all estimate items as invoice automaticly

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. In QuickBooks, there are limitations when exporting data. If you want to export your estimate data in QuickBooks, we need to utilize a third-party app that integrates with QuickBooks. However, If you wish to convert your estimate to invoice, it's possible and super easy. I'll show you how to do it:  

Convert an estimate into an invoice

1. Click Sales menu and choose All Sales.
2. Locate and open the estimate.
3. Press Create invoice.
4. Add more details to the invoice as necessary, then select Save and close.
