Does Customer support chat help line actually work? Tried several attempts - no response

Yes, our Customer Chat support actually works. We have experts who are happy to assist you with your concern and should be available 24 hours GMT M-F. However, I would like to know your steps to reach our chat support.

Before doing so, can you provide additional details of your product concern? This way, the Community Team will be able to help you. On the other hand, you can follow the steps below to reach out to our support team.
 

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
4. Choose the Start a chat option.
