Like in Margbooks or MARG ERP when you prepare invoice, you select an SKU and Margbook will automatically take last price of sku at which you had sold to that particular customer. Is there similar option with quikbooks ?

Thanks for sharing with us that feature, @allianceenterprisespune.

Currently, QuickBooks doesn't have the option to take the last price of the item you've sold to a particular customer. It'll only post the price you've entered when you created the item (or SKU) from the list.

Here's how it looks like:

To add the sales price:

  1. Go to Gear.
  2. Select Product and services.
  3. Locate the item or SKU, then tap Edit.
  4. Scroll down towards the Sales price/rate section and fill in other needed fields.
  5. Click Save and close.

I can see how this option would help us to provide a more user-friendly interface. I'd encourage you to send feedback about this feature by going to www.feedback.qbo.intuit.com. This is also where you can find recently updated ideas of the product.
