iOS
Go to Menu and tap Help & Feedback.
Click Refresh Data.
Select Refresh.
Android
Tap Settings.
Select Refresh Data.
Press YES to confirm.
You can also uninstall and then reinstall the app if the same thing happens. Doing this makes your application updated. Please know that an outdated app is sometimes the reason why there’s unexpected behavior and missing features on the program.
