have not been able to carry out inventory adjustment on quickbook online since on monday, once i clicked on the product it will go blank.what can i do about it?

Running a business is already challenging enough, and I recognize that issues like this can be disruptive when performing a task in QuickBooks Online, temitope.

 

Getting blank pages can be caused by a couple of technical reasons. This can include having special characters in your company name, two or more adjacent dollar signs ($$, $$$, etc.) in any list or transaction data.

 

Most of the time, this is caused by opening QBO with more than one browser tab simultaneously. Make sure to close all other browser tabs and use only one when working in QuickBooks Online. This prevents conflicts that often cause the page to fail and go blank.

 

Aside from that, you can also temporarily log out of your account. Then, log back in using a different browser. QBO is compatible with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.

Once done, go back to the Inventory adjustment window and check if you can choose an item when making adjustments.
