Question

Hello, I am using QuickBooks Online Plus International (St. Kitts & Nevis). Can I set up price lists per customer or set a given % discount per customer? Thanks Rgds Tim

Hello @NewUser2021-,

 

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to set up a price list or set a specific discount per customer.

 

However, you can turn on a discount and manually assign it to your customers when creating a sale. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select Sales.
  4. On the Sales form content section, toggle the Discount feature to turn it on.
  5. Select Save.
  6. Click Done.

From here, you'll see a Discount field every time you create an invoice or sales receipt. You can also enter a discount based on a percentage or value of the total amount of your customer's transaction.
