Hello,I need to rename Packing Slip to be Delivery Note

QuickBooks Online doesn't currently allow renaming or customizing the Packing Slip template. The term displayed (Packing Slip or Delivery Note) depends on your account's region settings. If your account shows Packing Slip, it means your company is set to a region where that term is standard. Unfortunately, there's no option to change this within QuickBooks at the moment.

As a workaround, you can download or export the packing slip from QuickBooks. After downloading, you can edit or rename it to "Delivery note" using a word processor or PDF editor. Once updated, you can print or send the customized version outside QuickBooks.
