Hi there, @contact206. You can find your official invoice or receipt in the purchase confirmation email sent to the email address linked to your account.
Try to double-check your Inbox, Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders in your email. Sometimes these official receipts get filtered out of the main inbox by mistake. You can search for "Intuit” or "QuickBooks” to see if it pops up there.
If it’s not there, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Support team to request your billing documents from them.
Here’s how to reach them:
Go to the (?)Help button in the top-right corner.
Select the Search tab and fill in keywords describing your concern in the search bar.
Click Contact Us.
Provide a brief description of your concern and Continue.
Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you as your preferred option.
