Hello! I sent two times an invoices and is not delivering it in any email that is charged in the Client chosen

Hi there, Monti. To help narrow this down, are you seeing any specific error message when sending the invoice?

 

Before sending the invoice, always verify the recipient's details in the Review and Send window. Double-check that the client's email address is correctly entered and free of typos, as any missing or incorrect information here will prevent the invoice from reaching their inbox.

If the emails are still failing to land, you can use a direct workaround to ensure your client receives the bill . Open the invoice and click on "More actions" to select Share link. This allows you to copy a direct URL and paste it into your client's personal email. Alternatively, you can select Save and share (WhatsApp) to send the invoice directly to your client’s phone, ensuring they receive it instantly regardless of their email filters.
