For now, there's no option to instantly create an electronic invoice containing a QR code in the QuickBooks Online International version. Please note that QuickBooks is continuously improving the product's features to meet our customer's needs.

Meanwhile, you can find and use a specific application that you might see outside QuickBooks or use a third-party merchant service that you can integrate to help you with what you need. This app could help you to make an electronic invoice including a QR code.
