Thanks for your support, I tried to follow your troubleshooting as you suggested but I am still getting the same result you can see the attached picture. The hidden characters suppose to be Arabic characters.

Go to the Help icon.
From the QB Assistant enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
