Hi, Can somebody help me please. Everytime I try to manually create an invoice on Quickbooks it is automatically applying a discount amount. How do i stop this?

Hello there, Ronan. Based on your description, it seems like you're using the Price Rules feature in QuickBooks. If so, we can assign them to individual items instead of all products and services. If you prefer not to use them, we can make them inactive.

Just head over to the Gear icon> All List>Price Rules. Select Edit, then go to the Products and services dropdown to choose the Select Individual Items option. Finally, click Save and close. If you prefer not to use it, return to the Price Rules page, click the Three vertical dots (⋮), and select Make Inactive.
