HI, can you let me know whether there is any auto invoices type process with email in QB other than import option

QuickBooks Online (QBO) does not currently offer a fully automated invoicing process that sends emails without manual entry. However, you can use Intuit Intelligence to help create invoices, but you'll need to enter specific details for it to work.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to your QBO account as a primary user or company admin.

2. Open the Intuit Intelligence chat panel located in the top right corner.

3. You can either upload documents or type a plain-language prompt, such as create an invoice for a customer.

Additionally, the best overall option is still to import your invoices. This ensures your data is completely accurate and gives you a chance to review everything before it enters your books.
