Hi everybody. I need assistance with invoices and packing list with bundles. I want on the invoice to show only the main product and on packing list all of its bundles.

It's indeed relevant to efficiently manage invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), woodline. I'd be pleased to provide details concerning this matter.

The option to display only the main product on the invoice and show all of its bundles on the packing list is unavailable in QBO. Note that the main product will depend on its bundle components. However, if you wish to print the packing slip with the components included, you can select the Display bundle components when printing or sending transactions checkbox. This will allow you to have the bundle components in the packing slip while still displaying the main product on the invoice. Please refer to the steps below:

1. Go to the Sales menu, then choose Products & services.
2. Locate the Bundle in question. Tap the Edit option.
3. Check the Display bundle components when printing or sending transactions box.
4. Click Save and close.
