Let me provide you with a simple step on how to deal with this, iqbalasad.

You can create a cheque and enter the products under the Item details section. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Click + New.
2. Select Cheque.
3. Choose the Payee from the dropdown.
4. From the Bank account dropdown, select the account from which the cheque withdraws money.
5. Go to the Item details section, then complete the cheque fields you need.
6. Click Save and close.

Moreover, QuickBooks Online (QBO) provides different reports that cater to your business needs. Learn how you can customize them to ensure you'll get the right data. I've got this article for more details: Customise Reports in QuickBooks Online.
