I'm here with some instructions that make searching for a deleted invoice a breeze, @wayne 100.
You can check all actions performed in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account by going to the Audit log. Follow along below to get this done right away:
Navigate to the Reports menu.
In the search bar type Audit log. Click it to open.
Once opened, select the Filter option
From the Events field, tick the Transactions radio button and choose Deleted/Voided Transactions.
You can also filter the specific user and the date.
When done, hit Apply.
You'll now see those deleted transactions. Look for the specific invoice that is accidentally deleted. If in case you want to recreate it, just click the View option under History and take note of the details. You will need to manually create the invoice again.
