Hi, I need to uploads inventory purchase bills in bulk, but in the template the Item details is not available. Please advise me to upload the inventory bill in bulk.

When importing inventory purchase bills in bulk, bills can be imported with multiple line items or as a total value for each bill. However, including Item details is currently unavailable because there are automatically created items or you can manually make them within QuickBooks.

For now, I suggest looking for a 3rd-party app that can integrate with QBO that allows you to include the Item details when uploading bills. To do this, you'll need to go to the Apps inside QBO.

1. Click Apps in the left navigation menu.
2. Click the Browse Category drop-down menu and choose Sync Data.
3. Select the app you want to integrate.
4. Click Get App Now and complete the following on-screen instructions.

Also, you can add the item details as a memo when uploading your vendor entries as a workaround.

Additionally, I also recommend sending feedback to submit a request about having Items details from uploaded bills. Any recommendations are sent to our engineer for consideration in future updates. To perform this, you'll have to click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
