Hi, is it possible to send an invoice from quickbooks in PDF Format?

Yes, rowenhaulagelime. You can send your customers a PDF copy of their invoices.

To do this, let's mark the PDF attached box in the Account and Settings. This way, your customers can view the copy on their email. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Account and Settings.
2. Click the Sales tab, then click the pencil icon beside Online Delivery.
3. Mark the PDF attached box.
4. Click Save then Done.

Once done, you can now email your invoices.

You can also email multiple invoices in QuickBooks Online. This helps you save more time by doing it by batch instead of one at a time.
