A possible browser issue might have caused the old tax ID number to remain in your invoices when printing it, Faiz.

I'll share some steps with you on how to check and resolve it as well.

You can start by using an incognito/private browsing session or a different browser. Follow these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito session:

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P  for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

Once done, go back to your QBO account and print an invoice again to check if the new tax ID is already showing up.
