Hi there, Samak. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), there are several reasons why the Multi-currency and Tax features will not appear when creating a bill, including your subscription level, the sales tax setup, or the supplier’s specific settings.

First, ensure you are using QBO Essentials, Plus, or Advanced and that Multicurrency is turned on under the Gear icon > Account and Settings > Advanced > Currency. You also need to have Sales Tax set up in the Taxes menu. Once this is done, the TAX column will automatically appear on your expense forms.

It is important to note that there is no separate multi-currency column. Instead, the standard Amount column transforms to represent the foreign currency only after a foreign supplier is selected. QBO locks a supplier to one currency the moment you create it, or once they have an existing transaction. If a supplier is set to your Home Currency, you won't see any exchange rate fields.

To resolve this, you’ll need to add a new supplier with a foreign currency, and use this new profile on your bill to reveal the Exchange Rate field and updated currency settings.
