Hi there, new to QB online, use to QB quantum: my question is :how can I consult an entry made in a previous/closed accounting period

You can run the Exceptions to Closing Date report, roch-labelle-gma.

 

This way, you'll be able to see the entries made after you close your books.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Reports tab.
  2. In the search field, enter Exceptions to Closing Date and open the report.

 

Once you viewed the data, you can now consult your accountant to ensure the entries are correct.
