How can a sales man recognize scheduled and narcotics drugs while making sale invoice?

With QuickBooks Online, you can manually set the dates when recording your invoices. To get the correct item (narcotic drugs), you need to pick it up from the Product/Service column. If the item isn't added to QuickBooks yet, you can set it up through the Products and Services window. I can show you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Product and services.
2. Tap on New from the Products and Services window.
3. Select the item type from the Product/Service information.
4. Fill in the details, then click on Save.

On the Invoice page, select the item created, then set the dates of the transaction.
