How can I add Drug Licence Number in the Invoice

I have here easy-peasy steps on how to add the Drug License Number (DLN) to your invoice, @sree921.

You'll need to customise the invoice so you can add the DLN in QuickBooks Online. And I'm happy to outline the complete steps to accomplish this in your account. 

1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Custom form styles. 
2. Select the existing template or the New style drop-down arrow and pick Invoice.
3. Pick Content and tap the pencil icon. 
4. In the Display section, click + Custom field hyperlink. 
5. Check the box and enter Drug License Number in the field. 
6. Hit Done. 
7. Click Edit drop-down and pick the Make default button (optional).

After that, you can now manually enter the DLN in your invoice. Make sure to use the correct template. Refer to the example screenshot below for your reference.

Additionally, you run a Transaction List by Customer Report in your account. Then customise it to show the transactions that have DLN.
