For now, the Snap receipt feature is not available internationally, Marcia. Please note that this feature is only available in specific regions, including the US, AU, CA, IE, UK, and ZA.
If your region is not listed, I recommend submitting a feedback form to request the addition of the receipt upload feature in your QuickBooks mobile app. Our product engineers regularly review user feedback and may consider implementing this feature in the future.
In the meantime, I suggest looking for a third-party app through our QuickBooks app store that is compatible with QuickBooks and can take a picture of your receipt and upload it to the system.
