How can i closed my account permanently?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Deleting a QuickBooks Online (QBO) account will require you to cancel your subscription and it will be completely deleted from the QBO system after 1 year. 

Here's how to cancel your QBO account: 

1. Click the Gear icon, and select Account and Settings.
2. Select Billing  & Subscription.
3. Tap Cancel next to Subscription status.
4. Answer some questions, then click Cancel now.
