How can I create a credit note to the customer using mobile app?

Creating credit notes isn't available when using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. However, you can use a regular browser to access your QBO account. When doing so, you'll be able to create them there. 

Here's how to create a credit note:

1. Click + New and choose Credit note.
2. From the Customer dropdown, select the customer's name.
3. Enter the credit note details, such as the date and the amount. 
4. Hit Save and close.
