How can I enter a bank receipt that is not from a customer?

You can just enter a bank deposit without adding the customer's name to the received from. Let me guide you through:
 

1. Click on + New.
2. Choose Bank Deposit.
3. From the Account dropdown, select the account you want to put the money into.
4. Fill out all the needed information except for the Receive from tab.
5. Then Save and close.
    

Review all your bank deposits, by running a Deposit Details report.

Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Hover your cursor to the Sales and customers section.
3. Select the Deposit Detail report.
