How can i search for a sales invoice number

If you're referring to searching for the sales invoice by its invoice number, I'll be happy to guide you on how.

You can locate the invoice you're looking for by pressing CTRL + letter F key on our keyboard on the Invoice page and entering the invoice number. Let me show you how:

1. Click Sales in the left menu on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Go to the Invoices tab.
3. From the Invoices tab, press the CTRL + F key on your keyboard.
4. Enter the invoice number in the Finder box.
5. From there, it'll highlight the transaction with the same number.
