Hello @ravipublishers,

In QuickBooks Online, you can pull up and customise one of your inventory reports so you can export a list of created adjustment. I'll be here to help you accomplish this.

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Under Sales and customers, select Inventory Valuation Detail report.
  3. Select the Export icon.
  4. Click Export to Excel.

In the same manner, here's an article you can read to learn more about how you can customise a report: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

On top of that, I've also included this reference helpful with resources to determine the financial status of your business: Financial reports that give you a snapshot of your business.

Don't hesitate to post again here if you have other questions or concerns with QuickBooks tasks and navigations. I'm always around happy to help. Stay safe and have a good one!
