How do I add a new "Detail Type" in QB Online version

Adding "Detail Type" to the accounts setting is not available in QBO. If you think you need an additional type for a particular account, just send a suggestion to our product development team so that it will be considered in future updates. You'll want to click on the Gear icon and select Feedback. The more suggestions they get, the higher the chance of implementing it.
