Let me provide some insights about changing the currency in QuickBooks Online, @orders-chavezpri.
The possible reason that you're unable to change the currency in the settings is that your Multicurrency option is already turned on. Once you turn multicurrency on, your home currency is set and cannot be changed.
If that's the case, you have the option to delete your company data and redo the setup including the correct home currency. Either way, you can cancel the subscription and get a new subscription account.
