How do I collect online payments?

Hello there! It's a pleasure to welcome you to the Community. I'll share information about the online payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The QBO International version doesn't have a built-in feature that collects online payments. However, you can consider looking for a third-party app to integrate within the program. Here's how to search for an app within the program:

1. Click Apps from the left panel.
2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
3. Enter the keyword to look for an app in the search bar.
4. Choose an app from the list.

You'll want to create a sales receipt if your customer paid for the product or service at the time of the sale, which completes the transaction and records it in your books or receives and records invoice payments.

You can also void or refund payments you process through QuickBooks Online.
