How do i contact QB customer care as their [edited] chat doesn't let me do so and forces me o put a question here

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of QuickBooks. 
2. Choose Contact Us. 
3. Provide a short description of your concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
4. Click Let's talk. 
5. Select Start a chat.
