How do I send a PDF of the invoice when I create an invoice, currently our invoices only go out with the link?

Hello there, Ben. You can enable this feature in your QuickBooks sales settings.

Please go to the Gear icon > Account and settings > Sales > Online delivery to toggle the PDF attached option. Choose Online invoice and click Save.

Once done, you’ll be able to send invoices with a convenient payment link and a professional PDF attachment.
