How do you customize a packing slip template

Welcome to the Community, @Glenner. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), modifying a packing slip and applying personal touches is not an option. I'll provide details to help you send a request to our Product Development Team.

Please note that customizing an invoice template or sales form template won't affect your packing slip. Also, creating personalized packing slips isn't available inside the program. I would recommend submitting a suggestion to our engineers so they can evaluate your idea and consider it for future program updates. I'll walk you through the process to get you going:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon.
3. Select Feedback.
4. Enter a brief description of your request and then click Next to submit feedback.
