How to block access to amendment of invoices and limit payment capure of invoices.

Being able to block access to amend invoices and limit payment capture to invoices aren't available in QuickBooks, info-reemflora-c.

Once you enable access to customers and sales, a user can create and delete invoices. You can monitor any activities on your account through the Audit log.

This feature allows you to see what changes and who made them to your books. To access the Audit log, here are the steps.

1. Sign in as an admin to access the audit log. 
2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Audit log.
3. Use the fields on the page to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.

Also, you can send feedback about the feature that you want to be available in QuickBooks. And, here are the steps you can follow.

1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
