How to customize invoice in quickbook

Customising the appearance and layout of your invoice is an effective way to enhance your business' communication. 

If you want to create a new template, here's what you need to do:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Settings ⚙ menu and then click Custom Form Styles.
3. Select the New Style dropdown menu.
4. Choose Invoice.
   
   
    

Otherwise, you can customise an existing invoice. Here's how: 

1. From the left menu, choose Customers.
2. Select the Invoices tab.
3. Choose the invoice and click the Edit invoice button. 
   
4. At the bottom of the invoice page, select Customize.
5. Click the Edit current and click Yes.
