Hello there, Howard. You can utilize the Batch Actions feature in QuickBooks Online to email them all at once.
Please note that while the program allows you to send multiple invoices in a single batch, it currently sends each invoice as a separate email to the customer. Here's how:
Navigate to All apps and select the Sales & Get Paid.
Go to the Invoices tab.
Select the checkboxes next to all the invoices that the customer requested.
Click the Batch actions dropdown menu at the top of the list.
Select Send. QuickBooks will then queue and deliver each selected invoice to the email address on file.
If the customer explicitly asked for a single email rather than separate ones, these are the steps:
Select the checkboxes next to all the invoices that the specific customer requested.
In the Batch actions menu, select Print. QuickBooks will generate a PDF file containing all the invoices selected.
Click the Download or Print icon and save the file as a PDF to your computer.
Manually attach this single PDF to a regular email from your own inbox.
