I'm here to help you make your invoice template a default, accounts.

 

We can change the default sales template in the Custom form styles page in QuickBooks Online. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom form styles.
  2. Locate the form you want to make as the default.
  3. Click the drop-down menu under Edit.
  4. Select Make default.
