How to reset account and start from beginning/scratch

To reset your account and start from scratch, you can achieve this by clearing all data associated or purging with your company, Bilal. Below are the steps on how to proceed.

Please note that you can only reset your books less than 60 days old from a subscription. If more than that, you can cancel your current QuickBooks Online (QBO) Company and start a new one.

Before resetting your file, consider exporting your data, reports, lists, and other relevant information from QBO. These allow you to preserve and access your historical data in the future.

Here's how to purge your data:

1. Log in to your QBO Account as an admin.
2. Make sure it's the company you want to purge.
3. Once you sign in, open this link. Alternatively, you can go to the following web address: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany.
4. To confirm you want to delete your company data, type Yes.
5. Select OK, then Wipe data.
