Hello there, @jasmin-karamany.

 

You can assign a default email address to the CC field if your estimates are sent to the same set of recipients. I can walk you through on how to do it.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings
  3. Select the Sales menu.
  4. In the Messages section, click the Pencil icon to edit it. 

  5. Enter the email address of the CC'd recipient in the Copy new invoices to address box.
  6. Click the Save button.

Also, you can set QuickBooks to automatically pre-fill sales forms such as estimates with previously entered content. Here's how:

  1. Hover your mouse to the Gear icon ⚙.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Pick the Advanced menu.
  4. In the Automation section, select the pencil icon.
  5. Choose Pre-fill forms with previously entered content to enable auto-recall.  
  6. Click the Save button.
  7. Hit Done to record your changes.
