How to settle multiple invoices if payment is received via Razorpay?

Let me help you receive invoice payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), narangurpreet-gm.

Payments from Razorpay are automatically synced back to QuickBooks every 24 hours. If payments are already processed and you haven't connected Razorpay to QuickBooks, you can manually record the payment.

Here's how:

1. Click + New, then Receive Payment.
2. From the Customer dropdown, select the name of the customer.
3. From the Payment method drop-down, select the payment method (Razorpay).
4. From the Deposit to dropdown, select the account you put the payment into. 
5. In the Outstanding Transactions section, mark the checkbox for the invoice you're recording the payment for.
6. When you're done, select Save and close.

If you'll process payments again from Razorpay, you can connect your account to QuickBooks. That way, you don't need to manually enter payments.
