If you plan to receive payments in the future for products and services you sell, you should send your customers an invoice.
Here's how:
Click the +New icon and choose Invoice.
SelectAdd Customerand choose a customer from the dropdown, or click+ Add newto add a new one.
Review theInvoice date,Due date, andTerms.
Add a product or service from the dropdown, or select+ Add newto set up a new one.
Complete the other necessary fields.
ClickReview and sendif you want to email the sales form to your customer. If you plan to send it later, selectSave and close. Then, clickPrint and downloadif you'd like to print a paper invoice.
