You're in the right place for help, Rana. I got details about changing currencies in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before we begin, are you looking to change your home currency in QBO? If so, you can refer to the steps below.
Here's how:
Log in to your QBO and go to the Gear icon.
Select the Account and settings option, then Advanced.
Navigate to the Currency section and click Edit.
From the Home Currency dropdown, choose your preferred currency.
Hit Save, then Done.
Otherwise, if you need to enter transactions into your QuickBooks account in a different currency, you'll need to turn on the Multi-currency feature. This step lets you add additional currencies so you can conduct transactions in various currencies and switch between them as needed.
This functionality is available in QBO Essentials, Plus, and Advanced plans. If you don't see this option, you might consider upgrading your account. It's also noteworthy that once you enable this tool, there's no option to turn it off.
When you're ready, follow the steps below to turn the feature on:
Go back to the Gear icon.
Navigate to the Currency section and click Edit.
Near the Home Currency option, turn on the Multicurrencyswitch, then confirm that you can't undo this step.
Click Save, then Done.
Check out this resource about this process and learn more about managing multiple currencies in QBO: Set up multicurrency in QuickBooks.
