I am facing an issue with the Invoice template. Some text in the actual invoice header appears which is not there in the template.

QuickBoooks Online (QBO) stores local cache files. These files can often become outdated or corrupted and need occasional cleaning to ensure optimal performance. Your invoice header issues could be a result of this, so follow the steps in the link below corresponding to the browser you're using.

I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to check if it's the browser that's causing this behavior. Let's start by log into your QBO account using an incognito or private browser. Since this doesn't store data in the cache, it the best place to isolate browser issues.

Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N 

If it works on a private browser, I recommend clearing your browsing history. This will remove previously stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.

The next step is to use the template when creating the invoice. I'll show you how to do it:

1. Open an invoice.
2. Click Customize.
3. Choose a template.
4. Fill in the necessary information and click Save and close.

If you want to review the invoices you made, run the Invoice List. Pull this up by going to the Reports menu at the left pane then type Invoice List on the search bar.
